Go to the Arts Council’s Online Services website and use your schools ARN to log in.
An ARN is your schools unique reference number and you’ll need this and a password to access your Online Services account. ARN stands for ‘Arts Reference Number’.
The offer letter to your school from the Arts Council has the ARN at the top of the page. If you can’t find the letter please contact the Creative Schools team at creativeschools@artscouncil.ie.
When logging into Online Services there is a “Forgot my password” prompt on the main page. If you click on “Forgot my password” then you will receive a temporary password to the email address you registered with.
Please review the payment guide that was sent out with the letter of offer from the Arts Council. Payments should be requested in two instalments (first and final) through Online Services. You will need to have your schools ARN and password in order to request a payment.

Depending on when your school received funding, your payment document requirements will vary. Please see the Payment Templates section for required documentation.
